About Alyssa_incrypto
Motivations
There are three key reasons I chose to become a dRep:
To uphold decentralization – I believe it's the core of Cardano's identity and success.
To give voice to the East Asian community – especially Vietnamese members, who are often underrepresented in global dialogues.
To ensure transparency and accountability in the decision-making process so that ADA holders feel confident that their interests are genuinely represented.
Being one of the top 5 delegates at the Vietnam Constitutional Workshop affirmed my commitment to community governance and advocacy.
Objectives
My journey in Cardano has been multifaceted. I’ve worked in digital marketing and content creation, including TikTok and community engagement campaigns. I’m also part of the team behind dRep TV, a platform aimed at amplifying governance voices. These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of how the ecosystem functions from the technical side to community dynamics and communication strategy. I've also participated in governance-related activities and initiatives like Constitutional Workshops, which have deepened my perspective on decentralized decision-making.
Qualifications
Community Leadership: I’ve worked in communications and digital strategy, helping onboard new users and spread awareness about Cardano through platforms like TikTok and other social channels.
Media & Governance Engagement: As part of dRep TV, I’ve interviewed and collaborated with key figures in the Cardano space, creating content that educates the community about governance and decentralized decision-making.
Cultural Representation: Being active in the Vietnamese Cardano community and I bring a regional perspective that is often overlooked in global governance.
Strategic Thinking & Communication: With a background in marketing, I'm skilled at turning complex ideas into clear, actionable insights. This is key for communicating proposals and governance issues to the wider ADA community.
I aim to use these skills to serve as a bridge between the global community and local voices, ensuring that governance is both inclusive and effective.
