About Jaison Norton

Motivations

My motivation for becoming a DRep comes from a deep belief in how decentralized and secure systems can improve lives. I’ve seen firsthand how financial empowerment and transparency can transform individuals and communities. The Cardano network represents a pathway toward that future—one where opportunity and innovation are distributed more fairly.

As both a professional and a community member, I want to help shape that direction by contributing reasoned, value-driven input on behalf of delegators who share that vision.

Objectives

My primary objective as a DRep is to remain an active and engaged participant in the Cardano ecosystem—making thoughtful, informed decisions that serve the best interests of the network and its global community. I aim to support proposals that drive innovation, improve network security, and expand Cardano’s real-world adoption through transparency and collaboration. My goal is to ensure that the ecosystem continues to evolve responsibly, with long-term sustainability and user empowerment at its core.

Qualifications

I have over a decade of experience in wealth management and financial planning, emphasizing fiduciary responsibility, data-driven analysis, and strategic decision-making. I hold Series 7 and 66 licenses, life and health insurance certifications, a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, and a Master’s in Business.

I’m passionate about emerging technology, innovation, and the responsible adoption of blockchain systems.
